 It's almost 10pm and as I listen to the rumbling of thunder outside I can only wonder what tomorrow will hold.  This is the season for what the weather people call thunderstorms.  But more important than thunder is the action that preceeds that harmless sound - lightening.  Over the last few weeks we have been very busy replacing network equipment and PCs that have tried to stand up to a good bolt of lightening.  Many business and home users have lost valuable equipment and data.  So, now is a good time to think about several things. 

I'm watching The Tech Guy via podcast on my iPad and he has a guy on talking abou the new 3d TVs.  There is only one movie to watch at the moment.  The glasses are $150 each.  The 3d picture is very dim.  So, should I go out and buy my 3d TV this week?  I don't think so.  Let me know what you think.
